1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the tldrstocks mobile application (“the App,” “tldrstocks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use tldrstocks. The App includes financial content and a social betting feature not intended for minors, and we do not offer a parental-consent pathway for younger users at this time.

Account creation. You must create an account using a valid email address or phone number, which we’ll verify. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information

• Keep your login credentials confidential

• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe were created with false information.

3. Description of Services

tldrstocks aggregates publicly available stock market data — including price quotes, earnings reports, SEC filings, insider trading disclosures, and news — for individual stock tickers. The App uses artificial intelligence (Claude, by Anthropic) to generate plain-English summaries and analysis of that data, and displays a “Market Conditions” signal (GOOD / WAIT / AVOID) intended to flag near-term risk factors based on publicly available information.

The App also allows users to build a personal watchlist, follow other users, and place friendly, no-money “bets” with friends for entertainment purposes (see Section 8).

tldrstocks does not execute trades, hold or manage funds, or connect to any brokerage account. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution.

4. Not Investment Advice

This is important — please read carefully.

Nothing in the App — including AI-generated summaries, earnings analysis, insider trading commentary, news digests, or the “Market Conditions” signal — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

• tldrstocks and its operator(s) are not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial advisor with the SEC, FINRA, or any state securities regulator.

• All content is generic and informational, not personalized to your financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance.

• The “Market Conditions” signal reflects an automated, AI-generated assessment of publicly available data. It is not a prediction, guarantee, or professional judgment, and should never be treated as a buy, sell, or hold recommendation.

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or outdated. We do not independently verify third-party data sources and disclaim responsibility for their accuracy.

Investing involves risk, including the potential loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Consult a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or attorney before making any investment decision. Your use of any information in the App is entirely at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, software, and AI-generated content (excluding third-party data described below), is owned by tldrstocks or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You’re granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Third-party data (market quotes, SEC filings, news content, etc.) remains the property of its respective sources, and your use of it may also be subject to those sources’ terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users’ accounts, or our systems

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the App

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, including through the friends or betting features

• Use the App to manipulate markets, coordinate trading activity, or engage in any form of securities fraud

• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality, servers, or networks

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App without our written permission

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, against anyone who violates this section.

7. Push Notifications

By enabling notifications, you consent to receive push notifications related to news, earnings events, price movements, and social activity (such as bets or friend requests) on tracked tickers and your watchlist. You can manage or disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

8. Friendly Bets Feature

The “bets” feature allows you to make informal, friendly wagers with other users on stock-related outcomes (e.g., price movement predictions).

• No real money is involved. Bets do not involve the transfer, deposit, or withdrawal of actual currency, cryptocurrency, or anything of monetary value through the App.

• This feature is for entertainment purposes only. Points have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes, and are solely for social competition purposes. Points, badges, and other in-app results cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred for money or anything of value.

• tldrstocks does not verify, adjudicate disputes over, or guarantee the accuracy of bet outcomes beyond what the App’s automated system determines.

• Use of this feature does not create any binding financial obligation between users or between a user and tldrstocks.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data, analysis, or AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or current. You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TLDRSTOCKS AND ITS OPERATOR(S) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT VALUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we believe is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
